Great location, easy walk to attractions with friendly staff and a nice pool. The room was comfortable and featured a handy small kitchen.

Experiencing a complete water stoppage during peak hours was frustrating, particularly without prior notice. Limited business facilities may not suit all travelers.

The fantastic fresh juice in the lobby felt refreshing after a long day of exploring, and the neighborhood-style restaurant across the street made us feel like old friends every time we visited.

Recommended for a Couple's Getaway

The room was spacious and clean, very helpful and attentive staff. The location was terrific, off the main drag but close to everything. The hotel recommended this neighborhood-style restaurant across the street, where they greeted us like old friends, and the empanadas were out of this world!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

However, some concerns arose with chaotic check-in, where the communication barrier was evident, coupled with a less-than-ideal breakfast buffet experience. Additionally, the hotel’s location felt a bit sketchy at night, slightly affecting the overall comfort of the stay.

Nice staff, but needs work

Staff was super friendly and the room was pretty clean, but the sheets were torn, which was a letdown. Breakfast kept promising gluten-free options but didn’t deliver. The gym badly needs sanitary wipes for the equipment. At least I could get in-room breakfast, which was a plus while I worked. Just wish it was overall better.

I faced an issue with the water supply. The hotel stopped water for several hours, which was not communicated in advance. It caused inconvenience as I needed water for work during that time.

I faced major issues with the breakfast service. The pastries were subpar, and the eggs tasted awful. To add to my frustration, I was denied access to the pool after check-out, despite staying only one night. This lack of hospitality is shocking, especially for a hotel like this!

Loved the rooftop pool with a stunning city view. The kitchen area made it easy to prepare snacks. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space to move around.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, close to major attractions. My room was an executive suite, with a kitchenette that had a fridge and microwave. The pool area was charming, with sun loungers to relax on. I loved the fresh juices served in the lobby. Breakfast had a lot to offer, including eggs and croissants.

Decent Stay with Helpful Staff

I spent a night at this hotel, and while the breakfast could use improvement, the staff made my stay enjoyable. Vladislav, in particular, went out of his way to help with restaurant recommendations and arranging taxis. The location is great for exploring the area.
